Program Description
Natural State Repairs (a mobile auto repair service based in North Little Rock, Arkansas) sends transactional text message (SMS) notifications about the customer’s active repair to those who have opted in. By enrolling, you consent to receive recurring, automated text messages from Natural State Repairs at the phone number you provide, limited to the message types listed below. This program sends transactional customer-care messages only — we do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages under this consent. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Natural State Repairs.
Types of Messages You'll Receive
- Repair status updates (approved, parts ordered, in progress, completed, pending payment, paid)
- Quote notifications with pricing and a secure link to review
- Appointment reminders before scheduled service
- Payment confirmations and receipts
We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising SMS messages as part of this consent.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your repair activity — typically 1–5 messages per repair request. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Natural State Repairs does not charge a fee to send or receive these messages.
How to Opt In
You opt in by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box when you submit a quote request or create a customer account, or by turning on the Text Message Notifications toggle in your account’s notification preferences. The checkbox is never pre-selected — you must actively check it to provide consent.

How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from us (you will receive one final confirmation message)
- Turning off text notifications in your account’s notification preferences
- Contacting us at contact@naturalstaterepairs.com and asking to be removed
Reply HELP to any message and we will respond with our contact information.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information obtained through SMS consent is used solely to send the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data overall.
