TERMS OF
SERVICE

Last updated: May 5, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Natural State Repairs’s website and mobile auto repair services. By submitting a quote request, creating an account, or accepting a repair, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Who we are

Natural State Repairs is a mobile automotive repair service operating in central Arkansas. Where used in these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Natural State Repairs; “you” refers to the customer.

Eligibility & account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or contract for repair services.
  • You must provide accurate information about yourself, your vehicle, and the issue you’re reporting.
  • You’re responsible for the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Quotes are estimates, not contracts

A quote we send is our best estimate based on the information you provided and a remote diagnosis. Actual cost may differ if the repair turns out to be more or less involved than expected (additional damage discovered, parts availability, additional labor, etc.). We’ll communicate any material change before doing the work and give you a chance to approve or decline.

Liability waiver

Repair work requires that you sign our Liability Waiver before we begin. See the waiver text for full terms. Briefly: you authorize the repair, you confirm the vehicle is yours or that you have authority to authorize work, and you accept that mobile repair carries some inherent risks (driveway conditions, weather, existing vehicle condition).

Payment

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and similar peer-to-peer transfers. We do not store credit card numbers and do not currently accept card payments through this site. Payment is due as specified on your invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law and may be referred to collections.

Cancellation & rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment by replying to the confirmation message, calling us, or contacting us through your account. We ask for as much notice as you can give. We may charge a travel fee for same-day cancellations after we’ve dispatched, and a diagnostic fee if we’ve started inspection before you cancel.

What you’re responsible for

  • Providing accurate vehicle information (year/make/model/VIN/mileage).
  • Clearing access to the vehicle on the scheduled day (driveway space, gate codes, etc.).
  • Removing personal valuables from the work area.
  • Promptly responding to questions or photos we send during the repair.

Warranty

Parts we install carry the manufacturer’s warranty (we’ll forward warranty details on request). Labor on services we perform is warranted for the period stated on the invoice. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or modifications by anyone other than us, and does not cover wear-and-tear items beyond their normal expected life.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a repair is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific repair giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use of the vehicle or rental car costs).

Communications

By creating an account or submitting a quote request, you consent to receive transactional emails about your repair (status updates, scheduling, invoices). SMS notifications are separate and require you to actively opt in — see our SMS terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the website to harass, abuse, or harm anyone. Don’t try to access another customer’s data, scrape the site, probe its security, or otherwise interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in such activity.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be filed in a state or federal court located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
